One action strategy - what it means?

It means dynamics not always required to create dynamics. Often value and results occur "applying" statics (ideas), but not a movement.
Robotics

Mind - this illegal device found with species called homo sapiens.

The causative force

There are static and dynamic, static being causative force (one "thing") of all dynamics (many things). It means that no-motion comunicates with itself and creates motion (viewpoints or beliefs, then emotions, and then actions which makes all things).

Reason of any disease, including aging and death is lack of electrons (energy). Free radicals that cause various diseases are substances that lack electrons thus grabbing electrons from normal substances of the cell.
