During the first two years of the Harvard
Psychedelic Research Project rumors circulated about a "powerful"
psychedelic agent called dimethyltrptamine: DMT. The effect of this substance
was supposed to last for less than an hour and to produce shattering,
terrorizing effects. It was alleged to be the nuclear bomb of the psychedelic
family.

The story begins in the year 2061, when a colossal computer has solved the earth's energy problems by designing a massive solar satellite in space that can beam the sun's energy back to earth. The AC (analog computer) is so large and advanced that its technicians have only the vaguest idea of how it operates. On a $5 bet, two drunken technicians ask the computer whether the sun's eventual death can be avoided or, for that matter, whether the universe must inevitably die. After quietly mulling over this question, the AC responds:

There are no panaceas in the world but, for
social afflictions, legalizing drugs comes possibly as close as any single
policy could. Removing legal penalties from the production, sale and use of
"controlled substances" would alleviate at least a dozen of our
biggest social or political problems.

Also read second Richard's book "The 80/20 principle revolution", it talks more on individuality and creativity importance. Your spirit is your individual creative force which creates everything you want.

I can't recommend this enough. It may change your life completely. And it will if you read it with open hearth.

I was thinking those years how do people we know (D.Trump, for example) make money with real estate. Now I understand that.

You buy someting completely in dust, with big rats etc. for a few thousands bucks, clear it all and you have value of few million bucks.
