I was thinking those years how do people we know (D.Trump, for example) make money with real estate. Now I understand that.

You buy someting completely in dust, with big rats etc. for a few thousands bucks, clear it all and you have value of few million bucks.

For example, one of our businessmans just buys very cheap estate, broken down, in the forest. Makes it prestigious business (as businessmans like quietness) - restaurant with medieval motives (this costs practically nothing as he gets its bricks from dusthole because for majority these days those bricks are not prestigious).

The secret of riches is bringing something from non-effective area into effective area. What someone doesn't value, someoneoften value high, and this high value is often greated by those who do not value that thus creating bigger demand than supply :)

Value have nothing to do with thing's costs, value has to do with idea which is simple "air".
