Mind Over Matter: Mind Anatomy

History:

  1. There was NO ONE.
  2. Then NO ONE divided itself in consciousness-units (CU).
  3. Began game called "survive" or "be".

Definition. Mind is computer which makes computations on survivability. Consciousness-unit is at cause over mind (viewpoints) or at effect (viewpoints influence CU's life). Why CU needs mind if it can make game just by making viewpoints? Mind itself is viewpoint that CU can't survive without mind. CU makes mind wanting better survivability.

In other words, mind is a bunch of viewpoints made in process of game. Better solution is to be free from mind and make decisions itself.

Mechanics: CU -> mind -> effect (results). In other words, CU makes viewpoint that it can't survive without outside thing, so he makes recorder of viewpoints and game rules. CU thinks that it will ease his game, but after a time he finds that his mind ruling his life. He is losing his causativity over things, and now he is effect of his own mind (rules, beliefs).

In other words, every CU has two options:

  1. Be free and at cause over his mind.
  2. Be at effect.

If you don't know why something is wrong with you or your life, you ARE over effect of your mind. You have lost your causativity, ability to make minds at will.

Now about anatomy.

At the core of mind are:

  • SAFETY/ DANGER.

There are two main forces:

  • pulling,
  • and pushing,

which make 4 types of events:

  1. I pull, you push.
  2. I push, you pull.
  3. I push, you push.
  4. I pull, you pull.

So CU on it makes rules/viewpoints in process of game:

  • Safe if others weak, I strong - ANGER. For example, person in his childhood is betrayed by his friends, he makes this rule (because he believes that this way he will survive better), and what usually happens, he forget that he've made this rule. Then, being adult, he can't understand why he's trying make others weaker, why he's becoming angry because of trivial reasons. He is effect of his own rule.
  • Safe if I weak, others strong - FEAR. For example, person is beaten by father. He makes decision that if he will sit still and do what father says, he will survive better. Since person can't understand why his life is full of various phobias.
  • Safe if I weak and others weak - DEATH/GRIEF. By some reasons person makes decision that he will survive better if he will believe that whole mankind is wrong. It is long way to this rule, you must live many lifes where you was doxy or something.
  • Safe if I strong and others strong - LIFE/PEACE. It is normal position. This person is happy and survives without destroying others or himself. He has no negative programming.

Past rules (beliefs, decisions, programs) influence present time because all rules are at present time, they are not lost in time. You can't run away from yourself and rules you have made. You can just understand how your mind works and then just dissolve your wrong rules.

Life is like movie, mind is recording every moment in two ways:

  • If [rule] and [event] then [do A] else [do B].
  • If [event] then [make rule].

For example (one rule, different events):

  • "If "safe if others weak, I strong" and "I pull, you push" then "be angry"."
  • "If "safe if others weak, I strong" and "I push, you pull" then "feel superior"."
  • "If "safe if others weak, I strong" and "I push, you push" then "fuck it all!"." [This reaction can make infarct.]
  • "If "safe if others weak, I strong" and "I pull, you pull" then "find scapegoat"."

There are: 2 issues of survivability (good/bad, safe/danger), 4 main rules (mine pushing and pulling, other pushing and pulling), 4 main events (present time mine and other's pushing and pulling), 16 reactions (depends on rule made and present time event).

Now get analyze how you react over various situations, find what rules make your life, and change that.

Get ideas? Good.

It's anatomy of mind.
