Mind Over Matter: Drills
will not reveal what is "realize something". It's you who must realize who are you. Words will not help in any way.
Subjective level:
- Close your eyes and spot spots until you realize something.
- Close your eyes and touch spots or something until you realize something.
- Close your eyes and find where are you and how you can watch yourself. Do it until you realize something.
- Touch spots and make them white. Do it until you realize something.
- Close your eyes and make all field clearly white.
Reality level:
- Find nerves. You need another person (intimate) or pet. Find various nerves (long paths on the skin), erogenous nerves and zones. Do it until you will be able to find any nervous path without any manuals, just by intuition. Goal is to FEEL very small differences.
- Change your sensorics (nervous system). Do until you will be able to cause pain and remove pain, change what you see, hear, smell or touch. It will be very long process. Do until you will be at cause over your nervous system and will be able to repair your body with your attention only. I can't give information how to do it, use your attention intuitively. It can't be describable. I can tell you example, but you will not understand it if you don't realize its real meaning. For example, I have hearth's pain, with my hand imagined I make area of my hearth more densely, like pumping and locking energy to that area. Presto, pain is gone. But understanding how to do it comes only after a lot of practice. Goal is here to know how to control your energies.
- Change sensorics of others. Make others think, feel and do something what you want. Usually it is done by sticking imagined ray into center of the head. Where exactly and how much thick, solid, colors, and other sizes must be ray - you realize by intuition, by a lot of subconscious thinking over it. Do it until you will be able move other bodies as you wish. Go to streets and practice, TRY until it will work for you.
As one example. 2003-05-23 14:10. My cat stopped half-way thinking where to go: outside or next floor (when he usually sleeps). I have sticked beam into his head and moved him to the outside, then back, then stopped, then run to next floor, he ran. That's it.
Another drill on 3. Person sleeps. You, being in the other room, wake up him and make him to do something.
Another on 3. Go to street and make people going to you and talking.
Etc.
